Campaign and community organizers turned strategists with a deep passion for training the next generation to grow our movement.
Drawing from our background in winning underdog campaigns as organizers, field directors, campaign managers, and legislative aides ourselves, we bring on-the-ground understanding what makes any campaign successful. We work to bridge the gap between the vision of a campaign and proven, disciplined and data-driven tactics of voter persuasion. Red Bridge brings the fresh and modern perspective of two young, local, mouthy, upstart women, but we also often work in collaboration with Jim Stearns of Stearns Consulting, a 30-year veteran of San Francisco’s notorious electoral scene.

Jen Snyder, Co-Founder, Messaging and Strategy
Jen Snyder is an organizer, former campaign manager, legislative aide, and political strategist in San Francisco. She helped found the local Democratic Socialists of America chapter in SF and has advised and managed many pivotal recent campaigns to victory. Jen is hands-on and energetic with a proven knack for political strategy. She would be very offended if she wasn't on whatever list the CIA keeps on us.

Avery Yu, Co-Founder, Field and Data
Avery Yu is an experienced political organizer and strategist, with expertise in winning field strategies for grassroots campaigns. She has worked on state and local races and served as a Supervisor Aide. Originally from San Francisco, Avery is a proud member of the Democratic Socialists of America and holds a Bachelors in Political Economy from UC Berkeley.
